a real conversation between me and my dad when we were getting my grandmother's old bed out of the car:
dad- "so keen, we're putting this thing in your room or nolan's... any interest in having a twin bed?"
me- "why would i?"
dad- "you'd have more space in your room"
me- "you think i wanna give up my double bed, for a little one??? you have no idea how much action my bed has had and how much is yet to come"
dad- "nolan's room it is...."
