Compare People - tell me what you see.
I just want to make it perfectly clear that I still don't particularly like Facebook. However, there is a certain application that offers me some amusement - the Compare People thing. For those of you still blessed with a lack of Facebook in your lives, here's a quick run-down. Compare People shows you two of your friends, and ask you to choose who is the better dancer, or sexier or have better taste in music. Another pair is shown to you, and another question asked... Of course, your friends will rate you in the same way. It's very unreliable, obviously, as you don't know who you've been compared to, and they could be extremely ugly or stupid or whatever, but it's still kind of fun to get an vague idea of what other like and don't like about you... *smirks*
So - my highest and lowest ratings, with silly self-analysis:
1:st place (meaning I've got the highest rating of all amonst my friends - go me!)
Would make a better mother (4/4 100%)Okay, this is flattering, though I don't see how anyone could think of a me as a good mother to be. Well. At least I like kids, and would raise them to think for themselves and make their own choices...
A better body (5/5 100%) I've always rather like my body. *smirks*
More reliable (3/3 100%) Okaaaay - what the fuck? I mean, if you confide in me and tell me not to talk about it with anyone else, I'll keep my mouth shut, and I'll always be there for my friends if they need me, but reliable? I don't handle responsibility well - or at all.
Rather sleep with (4/4 100%) That's nice... Sex is fun.
Smells nicer (3/4 75%) This is the one I would really, really like to believe, because my greatest (social) fear is to smell bad. I'm very sensitive to smell myself (but you don't really notice your own odour, do you?) and it doesn't matter how cute or how nice you are, if I don't like your smell... Well, ouch.
Better dancer (4/4 100%) I don't really think of myself as a good dancer. Actually, as I'm kinda clumsy I tend to consider myself sorta weird on the dance floor. But I love it, and I like my body, so maybe it looks better than I think.
Braver (5/8 62%) I'm no Gryffindor, people! But not much of a coward, either, so yeah...
Rather live with (5/6 83%) Huh? I hate doing the dishes, I hate cleaning. I'm good in the kitchen, though...

More fashionable (3/3 100%) When I was younger I dressed like something out of a nightmare (about bad fashion), then I just dressed weirdly, then like an utter slut - and now there are those who consider me fashionable? Imagine that.

Better taste in music (17th place) Don't think that anyone really knows what kind of music I listen to, and it's nothing special anyway, so that's fair.
More organized (13th place) Sort of true, I guess. I mean, I'm great at organizing others as long as I don't have to do anything, but as soon as I'm supposed to get stuff done, it all falls apart.
Summary: my nice body makes people think I'm hot and cute and pretty, so they want to sleep with me in spite of me not being very nice (though I'm generous and a good listener with an okay sense of humour). While some would like to marry and live with me, no one seems to go travelling with me. I'm a good dancer, with no taste in music.
All in all, I'm pretty pleased. I spent a lot more time at the top than at the bottom or in the middle - eight first places to one last place! :D
