Hey guys.
What's up?
Been working for a few months at Sears to have some cash flow. Yay student loan payments. Managed to find a job with the blood bank though; I'll be working in their lab, separating blood donations into their components and preparing stuff for transport to the hospitals/wherever needs it. It's a graveyard shift, which I think I kind of prefer over a normal shift (or at least over mid-shifts like I tend to have at Sears); I'll be asleep when my friends are at work or at school, and I'll be at work when they are asleep, and we'll have basically the same times free for whatever we feel like doing that day. It also pays reasonably well enough that I hope to be able to find a new place that I can reliably pay for some time soon after I get settled into the job. If my brother and his girlfriend can manage it, we'd probably move in to a place together, possibly with one other friend as well, depending on what sort of places we can find (and whether my brother will ever actually get another job).
I've been bored a lot lately. Bored and tired. Things are just kind of meh, and have been for a while. I hope this new job makes me start actually caring about stuff again. Oh well.
Not much else is coming to mind as far as things to talk about here. Feel free to ask me if there's anything else you want to hear about, I guess. I'm out of the habit of posting to Livejournal, and that mixed with my general blahness is not really conducive to writing informative entries.
