The Slip's Eisenhower is an amazing album. Now if only I could get the tracks to work on my damn cell phone. How is it that a cell phone that doubles as an .mp3 player reads .mp3s as "unrecognizable filetypes"? I need some music on my phone for between classes!

Music would've been good yesterday. I brought neither my current book nor my DS and I ended up out of Developmental Biology's discussion an hour before my Art History discussion. I sat around Commons people-watching for a little bit before heading over to VKC and standing on the second floor at one of the overpass areas where you can look out to the ground outside.

At first I stared at the flags donning the walls of VKC, wondering how often people come by to unfurl those that wrapped themselves up on their poles. Then I tried waving at the people outside who happened to look up and notice me, but that got boring fast because almost nobody noticed me and the few who did didn't wave back, which was pretty lame. So instead I stared at the pattern of the bricks in the wall, which ended up kind of looking like one of those 3D Puzzle pictures that make you cross your eyes to see a sailboat (or a schooner), except minus the hidden picture. It brought fractals more to mind, really, and for a moment I thought about chaos math, but I don't actually know anything about chaos math so that ended quickly, and I just went ahead and walked around the corner and waited outside of the door to my classroom. :-\
