So it's funny when you find something and you want to say "oh, I should tell people about this" and then forget and then someone else finds it without your help and you go "oh, yeah, I meant to tell people about that.
So I subscribed to this weekly newsletter thingy that sends me 5 days' worth of recipes and a handy dandy little shopping list for those things and all the recipes are fairly healthy and--here's the monumentally important part--super easy and quick. It's based on this cookbook, called the Six O'Clock Scramble.
Anyway, I've only done it for a couple of weeks, so i can't tell if it's all that successful, but if you decide to subscribe and they ask you who referred you, point them at me. I use my keelyb at gmail.com address, so put in that one. That way I get a wee pat on the back and a bit of a break on my subscription. Sort of like my webhosting company (westhost); if I refer someone I get a free month.
I like things that are free.
I thought I had more to say, but apparently I don't. Other than I can't wait for the Costco trip tomorrow evening to stock my pantry with staples. I'm cleaning things out like crazy, including age old spice i've had for years and years. And things I can't recognize or even remember why I bought them. Out they go and in comes the stock bottles of things I expect I can actually use if I stick to this Six O'Clock Scramble thing.
