I conceed
Well I talked with WHG today. They called the same people I did and they discussed the law. I was told that only waitstaff was considered tipped employees. That is the only specific type that it says, however, it also goes on to say that it includes anyone who regularly gets tips. (rather ambigous if you ask me) So WHG was paying us minimum wage out of the goodness of thier hearts.
So ya eat there if you want but like I said drivers for pizza hut now dont nessiarily make minimum wage, so any tip rather than no tip is greatly appreciated.
