Partying just sounds bad when it's only two guys

Ever heard of the riddle about the guy that has to get a head of lettuce, a lamb, and a dog across a river?
For me, scheduling outings is very much like that riddle. Almost every single one of my friends hates all of the others. How did that happen? I never get mad at anyone, and almost never fight with anyone, nor take sides in other fights. So...
(the following names and events are fictitious, but inspired by several real events) Shaul bitch-slapped Menasheh across the face yesterday at Yonah's birthday party, now none of them are speaking with each other, but all three want me to listen to their side of the story at the same time; just after I get off a 13 hour shift, with another one the next day. So here I am, three friends want to do the same thing, at the same time, and all three will get offended if I go with one of the others. Even if one of them is mature enough to understand my dilemma (actually most of my friends pretty understanding, but since this is not a real story, I'll talk all the shit I want! hehe), he/she'll be bummed out and I then feel bad that I'm sticking someone at home. That in turn, will spoil the taste of my beer and lessen the quality of a good time. I end up feeling like a deserter.
