Okay, I guess I have to post some time. Here we go, Germany part 1.
I remember as my flight was landing-it was supposed to land at 11:25, but it left a little late, so we landed at about 11:45-I was sitting, looking out the window, thinking "Oh my God, that's Germany, he's there," and I could not sleep for the entire 2.5 hour flight. When we landed, I got off the plane and spent probably another 15 minutes searching for the baggage claim area. I set down my passport one time and almost lost it. But I remembered and went back for it. I found the baggage claim, and it was pretty small-I found my two bags, and got a trolley to put all three of my bags on. I began to push them on through the doors, but this German guy stopped me and asked for my passport and ticket. I looked really confused so he said he was German customs. Stupidly enough, I gave them to him-come on, I was REALLY tired. However, they gave them back without incident. As soon as I turned back around and went through the doors, I saw Daniel-I ran as fast as I could with a big old luggage trolley, and left it for a second while I hugged him. I hugged his cousin Sandra, and shook her boyfriend Lars' hand. I hugged Daniel again-it felt so wonderful to be in his arms again. We went and after dropping my luggage off at Lars' car, we went to a Burger King. I thought it was funny because it said Doppel Whopper and not Double Whopper. I got a King Freezi, fries, and a coke. We finished, and then walked back to the car-there was a "Trink Coca Cola" sign there and I thought that was pretty funny too. Lars drove, and Dan and I sat in the back and slept. It was so sweet-I slept with my head in his lap and he kept stroking my hair and kissing me on the forehead. We stopped at a gas station on the way and got some German ice cream. When we finally got home, I hugged his mom and sister, and Dan brought my luggage upstairs to his room, where I was sleeping. I crashed and fell asleep for maybe an hour before he woke me up and we kissed for the first time since he left on June 11-it was so sweet and I had missed it so much. I fell asleep later for another 2 hours, before having dinner and watching TV most of the night and then sleeping again.
The next day-Wednesday, the 20th-we woke up fairly early and had breakfast (imagine that, right?) We spent the day chilling out-we ate lunch, watched TV, and a lot of his family came over to visit and meet me. Later on, his friends Meli, her boyfriend, and her brother came over to play on the PlayStation and just chill out. I left about halfway through to go grocery shopping with his sister Judith. It was really sweet-we picked out all this food that I liked-and when I went to pay at the end-she refused to let me and she paid for all of it. And I got a lot :-) We stopped at McDonalds on the way home and I ate it at home. I was almost done when Dan came up from the party room and caught me. He wasn't too happy, but it was OK. The night was spent watching TV and catching up on things in America.
Sorry, this is really hard, I'll finish later.
