Exciting Times

Yeah, so my bike has been at the shop for the past week. During that time they told me it would cost nothing to fix because I bought it from them and it only needed a tune up, then it needed new gears and was going to cost me at most 35 bucks. I get a call after that telling me that they were wrong, and that the derailer was bent, it needed new breaks and new cables, and that they needed authorization to do 80 dollars worth of work! Fine, I told them to go ahead and just get it done. I go down the next day to pick it up and it isn't ready. So today I call to check on it, and I'm told the following: "Yeah, I can't seem to find that bike." *I'm thinking right now that he HAS to be joking* "I went back with three of the other guys last night looking for your bike and it simply isn't there." *Okay, so he isn't joking. NO F^%#$%@ WAY! How do you lose a 21' frame bike worth $600?*
