I don't usually make resolutions, probably because I never end up keeping track of them. Then again, y'all know I rarely post, either. :-p Still, like
nothin_shakin, I like Mary's idea of keeping track on LJ and making resolutions for each month. I'm not making a whole long list, though.
The big one: NOT OVERCOMMIT MYSELF!
The next biggest one: Not fall off the Weight Watchers bandwagon for months at a time. I'm specifically not going to set a weight loss goal for the year because I'm looking to lose a great deal of weight over a decently long period of time and keep it off, and I don't want to be feeling bad because I didn't lose a certain amount by a certain date. The main thing I want to be doing is losing steadily while I stick to the plan.
Other than that, I want to keep the apartment neat enough that I'm not embarrassed to have people over with no notice, keep from using the spare bed as a table so my brother can use it as needed, and not fall way behind in things.
January Resolution: Clean up apartment, start Weight Watchers again on 1/9 with work.
