Sewing scallops on a hem is a pain -___-;;

I still have to finish the hem of my dress, and then *ALSO* have to scallop the underskirt.

Oh, you know how sometimes on the hems of skirts and things there are these crescent-shaped patterns cut out?

Umm.. sort of like a continuous wave of half circles hehe..
