Temporary Relief

May 12, 2006 21:31

Well, I finished the 20 page paper due yesterday morning, took a test this morning, and turned my 6 page paper in at 5pm. I did everything on time, and I think everything (hopefully) will be fine.

I finally feel a little relaxed, but a took a few hours for my adrenaline to decrease.

I'm really exhausted and haven't had more than 5 hours of sleep per night in the last week.

My plan for tonight.

Warm Shower. (I really need it, although interestingly I was recently complimented for looking cleaner than the average Oberlin student)

Read/Study for half hour. (or maybe watch an episode of Gilmore Girls instead)

Go to sleep before 11pm, or midnight, for sure.

Tomorrow:
Wake up at 8am.
Go for a run.
Shower again.
Go to CVS.
Meet Abbie (my love!) for breakfast at 10am
And then Study/Pack for the rest of the day. (wish me luck with the last one!)

Oh, and I have a question! Last night and Tuesday night I woke up in the middle of the night with really painful charley horses in my calf muscle. This morning it was so sore I could hardly walk, and it's still painful.

Anyone have any idea why I keep getting them? My only thought is that all semester I've played frisbee/exercised for two hours a day, and starting last week, I recently stopped cold turkey. Other than that, I don't know. Maybe cause I'm stressed. Ideas? Suggestions?
