It feels like I haven't had a real update in here for a long, long time. Is this an update just to have an update or is there actual substance here? Only time will tell...
I have my first grad school audition in one week. Between grad applications and Peter Pan, I've essentially fallen off the proverbial face of the proverbial Earth. (Note: The Earth is not actually proverbial, but it sounds better that way.) I will be much more available and much more on the face of the planet after next week so...call me or something. We'll braid each others hair and talk about boys. Ok, so far no real substance.
I don't think there will be much in this paragraph either. Sitting here staring at this screen, it seems that there should be much more to write about being that I haven't updated in so long. But maybe we just need this time right now; time to shoot the shit and get back in touch. I feel a real connection with you right now. We're on the same wavelength, you and I. And this is not drug induced! This is real. Can you feel it? I feel it!
In other, more exciting news, I finally have new cabby hat. It's a size larger so it actually fits my big head now. Also, maybe people won't steal it as much. I can't believe I saved it while I was drunk so many times, and then I just go and leave it in New Hampshire of all places. The Old Man of the Mountain would be wearing it and laughing at me right now if he still have a face. To sum up: New hat=Yea!
