days go by...
Interesting times. I am such a lazy ass. I got up at 12:30 today showered got food and went to work at 1. It's now approaching four. Between internet shopping with my amazing advisor and bullshitting online I've read all of like 12 pages. Though she did get some cute shoes that I helped pick out so that kinda made my day. Goodness this break next week is so very needed. I can catch up at a rather relaxed pace on my work....not that I don't do that already...well till test time comes around.
In other news finally rush is over and we have 8 sweet new pledges. Oh how I heart pledges. Though I am actually one of the nicest people to them I felt bad yesterday just asking for a coke. I have a little brother which is amazing. I was gonna have to hurt someone if I didn't.
In the weird and wild section: my drunk roommate punched 2 holes and kicked one on his side of the room, I have a fish that has been living for a month and half with no food, I actually have a house next year and convinced two pour souls to live with me, and I have a job this summer just not sure what yet.
So going back to the break we are having next week, I am going up to New Hampshire with Jenna. I fear I am gonna get more than I bargained and freeze my TN ass off. But she does have a hot tub :). I am kinda hoping we can stop by NY at some point. That would kind of make my week. Besides my friend Bert lives there who in other news came to visit and gave me purple tulips when he left. I haven't gotten flowers since around this time of the year two years ago!
The year is slowly but surely making its way toward from shitty....to....ok....and now to....fine. I see a good coming up though. I have a proposal I submitted to work on my research and get paid to do it this summer or to receive an internship somewhere that is paid as well. I would really rather stay here and work on my research and start furnishing the house for next year but I found out in a month or so how that will play out.
I feel like I never get to express myself enough. I miss writing perhaps this will be a more frequent occurance and I won't ramble so much in the future. Time to go see how badly I did in Politics.
