you're just like the sun. i get so burned when you are close to me...
so maybe i'll get back on this posting thing. we all know i have the time with the lack of classes on monday, wednesday, and friday. so anyway, this weekend was a good time. friday whit and i went to deb's birthday party. (deb from australia that is) it was a good time. a lot of people we didn't know, but a good time none the less. she informed us that most of the guys there were single, but not once did we get hit on, so we left. haha, that's not really the reason we left, but it would be funny. hmm after that we took kristi home and went all over muncie to find the original shining. wow, that was a lot harder than i thought it would be. we ended up going to like 5 or 6 different paces. that movie really freaks me out. - redrum - so yeah then half way through we took a break. FYI: every friday and saturday dominos has $1.99 pizza after midnight. i know, you're thinking it's gotta be bad pizza, but it was great! the best $1.99i have spent in a long time! well worth it. then we finished the movie and had a sleepover. good times. i love lechinshline! as you can guess, like typical girls we stayed up all night talking about everything. love it. everyday is a special day at the k-dub unit.
as for saturday - football saturday that is...we got up some time after 11 and went grocery shopping. we saved over $15. we are the best shoppers ever. for those of you who think in food...that's over 7 pizzas on a friday or saturday night. sweet! then we got a little tan. then it was football time. we were a little late on the ND game, but we still saw then kick some butt. always a good time. we didn't make it to adam's - the boy i want lechlinshline to love - game, but i think he'll be ok with that. the bsu game was sweet. they didn't pull off a win, but it was a good game and the kids we were with rocked! "HIT 'EM, HIT 'EM" gotta love it. after the game we went to IHOP. yummy! we were gonna eat before the game, but our tail-gate group was all confused, so we gave our burgers away. it was a sad time, but IHOP made up for it big time!
sunday wasn't very eventful. went to church. then to the mall. then came home and had study time. always have to fit that in. no fun. then lech and i took espn on a walk on campus. we're trying to teach him to stop only at he cute boys, but that's not really working out yet. he's still in training. once again we slipped him into luke and brian's room and freaked luke out. haha. yeah, that was sunday. nothing too exciting.
early this morning i got a call from my mom and she said she had been in the hospital with my grandpa all night. they think he had a heart attack. i was pretty freaked out and my mom sounded pretty upset, so that didn't really make things any better. now he's doing ok. they are doing some tests tonight and tomorrow to make sure he's ok. keep him in your thoughts - please. also today i made post-its that said yes and hung them all over our house for whit. she has this poster and it says ' hang up post-its that say yes all over' so i thought i would. she really like it and they look pretty cool all over. there have to be a few hundred. yeah, i didn't have much to do today. ha. yeah, i'm lame. so that's up to now. i guess it's time to study some more...ahh the good stuff.
