library patrons grrrrrrr.............
Why is it that patrons come into the library once I've already started to close, pull out lots of journal and then think that undergrads can check them out? I know of no libraries on campus that let undergrad check out journals so why would we here at our small library? The patron then wants a scanner so they don't have to pay to photocopy, which we don't have here. Eventually, they move to the copy machines and think they can take all the time they need and we'll just stay open. Sometimes i dislike closing.
