lucky me
I have decided that I really am lucky in my life. I have this incredible habit of just getting the things I want. Part of that is good old fashioned hard work and part of that is plain old luck. For example, I just got a PA position today. I was send an email out of the blue from the person hiring for the job saying that I should apply last thursday, applied for it monday night, set up an interview tuesday, interviewed this morning and got offered the job this afternoon. I am still sort of in shock about this entire process but very very happy. I think a lot of me getting the job was luck and the rest due to my abilities. Either way, I don't have to pay tuition next year and get to run small library. This is my ideal job! I almost feel like everything is too good for me right now and something bad is going to happen to me soon. Then I remind myself that Jerry isn't in Madison anymore and everything isn't perfect.
