One More Year Gone
So, it's true that I haven't updated in a while, I've been in a hole so to speak. SO let me recap for those of you who don't know what's been going on in my life. And tell you all about what I have come to decide regarding my future.
Thanksgiving went well, I got to see my Godparents whom I love.
I met Tom, my boyfriend in November, and we have been dating for like a month and a half now. I'm slowly and surely convincing him to come to game with me in March. We sparred together and I thoroughly whooped his ass after much trash talking on his part. HEEHEE
I've been spending a lot of time in Maine, and have decided why give up the hobbies that I love and keep me happy from day to day, when I can transfer to USM in the fall and pursue my major of choice : Art Education and still be close enough to go to MJ, Faire and Legends when I want to.
SO for this next semester I'm staying in Worcester, and in the summer who knows what.
I need to get my BK job transferred to up here, cause just school leaves me with so much down time I go stir crazy. It really stinks not having cable tv. I need to indulge in more books so I can read. I haven't read many books lately.
I saw Wicked on Dec 17th in Hartford, and Tom came to CT with me for a couple days, before we brought him back to Maine for XMAS. But Wicked was awesome!
Christmas came and went, with an abundance of goodies from my parents and friends, thanks all of you! In all honesty though Christmas lacked the luster it once had for me. I didn't want presents this year, I don't know exactly what that says about myself, but I just didn't really care this year, it was like why should I be forced into this? When I just wanted to sleep and exchange what I bought for people my own way.
After Christmas Tom came back down to CT and we hung out for a few days, then went to Maine and stayed at his Mom's house so he could get some things, and we dropped off stuff in Worcester. We rearranged the Apartment's furniture and cleaned the place. It looks pretty!
New Years Eve- Happy Birthday to Jennie Bear, Matty, and Jeremy. Smitty's party was awesome, I love getting to see everyone for more occasions than just game and faire, Cause I love you all so much. I appreciate the "family" that has developed over the years. You have all been there for me on many occasions, and I appreciate it more than I could ever say.
And for later today off to CT, to deal with my parents who got a phone call from a LEGALLY DOCUMENTED Schizophrenic/Bi-Polar who has been in and out of jail since August, that I'm supposedly addicted to Cocaine.
Needless to say, It's wonderful to have my parents believe this drivel, considering they know the source it came from, and considering my blatant disgust at hardcore unnatural drugs like that, which you can't possibly know what other chemicals are in it, that they might have used to cut it.
I wouldn't touch cocaine with someone else's body. However, much to my chagrin I still have to be punished and watched by my parents about this. THANKS A BUNCH FOR NOT BELIEVING A WORD I SAY!!
