I've gotten a couple questions about my Rain icons, like the one in my userpic, so I've decided to do a little tutorial about them. Enjoy!

I've been wanting to make an Evey-On-Roof-With-Rain icon from V for Vendetta since I started, and this'll definitely help. Saving to mems to test later. :)

Are you talking about her hair, the baby's hood?Hmmm...what did you do to prep your base? Maybe that could have something to do with it.

I use black because it doesn't affect the image when you set it to screen.

Try using the smudge tool in a small brush to smooth out her face. that might be it.
