Something really good happened to me today
There is a class at our school called National Advertising Competition, where you work on a huge campaign sponsered by a real produict and you bring it to a state wide competition and present it.
The teacher whos doing it this year is only accepting 12 students and the class is only offered in the spring. you have to fill out an application of advertising and related experience. Anyways I got a phone call early this morning from the teacher and had an interview on the phone with him, and he was looking at my portofio on cd from my creative direction class i had with him last spring, and had me explain my ads and concepts as well as what position id liek to help with in the class.
I got accepted in the class! Im was so excited I wanted to cry!
i hope it gives me opportunities to get much better and maybe start taking my future seriously
So today is good and i bought a new outfit and plan on going out tonight to have fun!
Initiation is this saturday! wahoo its all almost over!
