Life in a Nutshell
Lately i've been crazy busy. With work,preparing for Miss Glamour, and Patent Leather rehearsals, and choreographing when I do get to sit down there is just not enough hours in the day. Not to mention trying to get 7 hours of sleep a night.
I guess I'll start with work. It has slowed down a little since the ARRA subsidy thing took effect. I also got promoted to full time so I started training for my move to a different department.
Miss Glamour went well also. I choreographed a dance for Miss Victoria Blair. It was the medley from the beginning of Sister Act 2. It turned out amazing. She won 1st runner up. Which was fine because she can go to Miss Gay Maryland and not have the responsibilities of the title. The talent portion I choreographed came in 2nd. Thats very good casue we were only beat by 62 points out of 700 for talent. The winner was an amazing dancer. You cant win em all.
I got a choreography job with Pasadena Theatre Company. They are doing the show "Do Black Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up?" It pays which is nice and I think it will be a good show. We perform 3 weekends at the Chesapeake Arts Center and then one weekend at Catonsville Dinner Theatre. The dances are comming along nicely. I'm very happy with them.
Also, Jim and I have been watching Grey's Anatomy and are on the 3rd season. Awesome show I highly recommend it.
We are going to see Harry Potter later. Sooo excited.
