Another VERY FAST Pen Noise Purge in my Moleskine of Love. You can tell the book is almost full because the crease is getting so deep and blurry in the middle when I scan.

Had a VERY HARD day. Went to a movie that ripped mile deep wounds open inside of me. I wanted to get fucked up. Instead I drew in my moleskine with my loyal art cat Punka. I will always choose sobriety and channel my feelings into creative outlets (art) instead of destructive ones (booze and drugs). For me, it's a matter of life or death. I choose life.
