It would be really easy. Here is the structure: set up a database of drinks and the fields are the liquor ingredients. Just copy paste from a bartender's manual. The app prompts you to enter a list of liquors on hand; this can be taken from a vertical list. It returns a list (level one) of drinks you can make now. You could program a level two routine that returns a list of drinks for which you are one ingredient short. You could limit the search to terms like "must use vodka" or "must not use ouzo". It's really a simple app, just about anyone could program it.
