Hello to all! I have had a lot of time to post these last couple of days, which is nice. The kids have been working on Music Theory, so I lecture for about 10 min. and then let them work on their worksheets. It is easy stuff, and they seem to be getting everything pretty good. Yeah for smart kids. So while they are working, I get to work on the computer. Don't think that I spend all my time at the computer, it probably takes me 3-4 classes to write a single post. So I am not a complete slacker as some of you might think.
Update on the Apartment Front: I still am awaiting information from Village at Town Center. I really like this apartment complex, at least from the information that I have. We will hopefully be getting the stuff in the mail so we can apply and hopefully get a moving date. That would be nice. At least I will have an answer for those who ask when we are moving. If you want another look at where we will hopefully be moving to, well here it is:
Village at Town Center. We could use all your positive energy so that we can get in. I really want to get this part over with.
On a more pithy note. As a teacher, I see a lot of different student behavior. Some positive and others not so positive. Here are two things that drive me crazy:
Tattling: The act of telling on someone for any type of behavior or activity.
Budging: The act of cutting in front of someone in line.
These two behaviors just drive me nuts. You would not believe the things that kids do. One kid will tell on his best friend for something that is not a big deal. "Mr. Souppa, he looked at me wierd!" And budging makes no sense. These kids are lined up to go back to the room, and they are worried about who is in front of whom. Arrrgh! I love kids, but come on.
Kid Lovers: Are there any kid behaviors that drive you nuts? What are they?
