I did it! I finally updated the 3-Legged Cat Press blog.
Stormie's going to stay at his Chicago buddies' house the weekend after next for the annual Wizard World Party. He found out today that he must attend the party dressed as a superhero of his own design, in the spirit of Mystery Men. The e-invitation specifically stated that stormtroopers are not considered superhero material. *scratch* I wonder what he'll come up with? Maybe the Diet Vanilla Pepsi of Evil? Oh, sorry, that one's already copyrighted. And I got the drink wrong too. He has a Steve (Aqua Teen Hunger Force) costume from last year's Dragon*Con, but Steve isn't really a superhero. I'm sure he'll come up with something cool. Tree and I will probably have a girls weekend while he's gone. I haven't yet figured out what we're going to do.
Tree and I watched two more episodes of Wonderfalls tonight. Tree said her teacher put a motion-activated parrot in the classroom today that says "do your homework" every time you walk by it. She said that for a moment she thought she was Jay (the main character who listens to, and follows the instructions of, muses, which are usually knick-knack animals). The theme song makes me think of that song "Dream a Little Dream of Me" for some reason. It kinda' has the same melody, at least in the beginning. Or maybe I'm just a child. I do read Harry Potter, after all. *wink*
