REPOSTED Lyric Completion Meme - fill in the blank
Because my friends list is significantly different today than it was months ago, and because certain significant others have not yet dones this puzzle, I'm re-posting it. As before, comments are screened.
Object: Try to fill in the missing lyrics in the following 50 quotes.
Replies should include all your answers at once in the following form: "question number" "missing word" and, for bonus points, “- next line of the song”. For example if the clue was…

…then, your answer would look like this

When in doubt as to how many words are needed to provide the whole “next line”, give more words rather than fewer. In the case that the lyric provided is followed by more than one line (depending on where in the song you are) any of the lines that follow would then be accepted. Please note that you do not get extra points for being able to name the artist or the song title. This is partly because some of these songs have been covered.
Rules: Looking at the comments before submitting your own answers and seeking answers from the internets both count as cheating. You are, however, encouraged to work as teams and submit your post giving everyone credit who contributed. Going to one's own CD collection for a refresher is legal.
Hints:
• All 50 quotes are from different artists in no particular order.
• Almost all answers are short - one word or a short phrase.
• The blank is always the same size, but the length of what you should put there changes.
• When multiple blanks appear in the clue, they are for multiple instances of the same word or phrase.
• The songs are from a (somewhat) broad variety of music, covering many genres - including current popular music and country, you fascists.
• The resulting list of words doesn't do anything cool like make a sentence by itself.
Scoring: After you submit your answers I’ll go through and score them and reply to your post with your score. There are 100 regular points (two per question) with one additional bonus point per question if you can supply the next line of the song. A perfect score, then, is 150 points (100 regular plus 50 bonus points). Answers that contain spelling errors will count as good, but answers that contain listening errors will get only one regular point instead of two.
When I communicate the score, I will list both totals separately. When the game is over (which may take a while) I will turn off commenting and will post the correct answers as an edit.
