I've been so goddamn busy and I haven't updated in freaking forever. Just was a clusterfuck of random things for me, and I have missed all my LJ friends SFM. I'll be back as soon as shit calms down, I swear! :)
This is the longest chapter I've written so far (14k words, yikes!) but I hope you guys enjoy it. And again, I'm sorry for being MIA for so long... it won't happen again, I promise!

Summary: Jacob’s POV of chapter 10 in New Moon, originally titled "The Meadow." The first wolfpack meeting is held, and all major issues are addressed. We learn more about all the wolves in general, including serious insight into a particular memory of Sam's. Tensions are high between the pack members as Jake struggles to adjust to his new life as a werewolf - a life that cannot include Bella. And on a Saturday afternoon patrol, they catch the scent of a vampire and find themselves saving Bella's life.
