Now, where do you think these quotes might be heard?? Maybe a mother talking to her child or something............... but NOT a mother talking to her deaf cat
My mom is now insane. Right now, her and my deaf cat "Nikki" are watching HER (the cat's) FAVORITE MOVIE. its a movie, made for cats. and she watches it! on a stool. "its supposed to be at eye level for them", my mom says. and she rewinds her favorite parts, brings her a lil snack to enjoy.... AND..i honestly have to fight for the TV now. my favorite part of some move (i forget which movie) was on, and I was all set to watch it. but SUE. goes right ahead and presses play. cuz i like watching 10 minutes of birds, followed by 10 minutes of fish, then chipmunks, then mice, then "sammy squirrel" and by the time we put it back on the TV, my favorite part was over!!
so now, we have a compromise.
A COMPROMISE, WITH A FRIGGIN CAT
i watch TV, but on the commercials we have to play her movie.
i can really say that my cat is addicted to TV. she sits, watches it when it's not even on, and meows for us to put it on.
so far her fav. things to watch are:
1) BIG Cat Adventure!
2) National Geographic: Cats
3) Milo and Otis
4) the weather channel (the jet stream, preferrably)
5) the commercial with the dog leading the sheep around.
