My politics

I've created my first tag, which is 'my politics.' Those of you who have stated you'd vote for me for president notwithstanding (and it's good to hear, even though most have been furriners,) I have no delusions that my opinions are of any interest to anyone but me. The fact that I state them so emphatically here is one of the reasons I don't give a lot of identifying information in my blog. On those rare occasions where I have deleted a comment, it has always been that some one who knows me well has inadvertently given too much information about me. As I tend to post a great deal of personal bits about my life, I'm not surprised people forget and let things slip when they're chatting.

I've now gone through my entire journal (!) and added the tag to the posts that are part of my commentary on politics. Cheers.
