It sucks that people can't be all you want them to be. That definitely includes me. It's hypocritical to criticize other people when I'm not living up to my standards either.

That sort of relates to my icon. I laughed when I saw it.

Every situation seems to have so many options, and unfortunately the right ones often seem to be so hard. And sometimes doing the right thing isn't all it's cracked up to be.

I guess life would be too easy if we had it all figured out.

I'm trying to figure out what I think about imposing values on others. Imposing is the wrong word; it's more about judging the values of others. I used to think that judging people was wrong, but isn't standing up against someone you disagree with judging their values in a way? How are we supposed to change anything if we don't tell people we think they're wrong? Or should we live and let live? I don't know if I have enough trust to do that.

Only thing to do is jump over the moon.
Then another cow approached-Ferdinand.
"That's bull," he said. "Their eyes out 'cuz they read too many
books and newspapers. They thought they say degradation- it was depravity. They
thought they saw greed- it was merely survival. They thought they saw disease-
it was justice. This is just a dry spell. Before we know it, the fruit will
reappear." "Not without a leap of faith," Elsie said.
