What You Will Need
A Photo ID
A Photo of you (does not have to be professional photograph)
If selected and not 18 or older you must bring a parent or guardian back with you.
For students in grades 1-12 that sign up a donation will be made to the school attendants.

IT IS OUR GOAL AT MACK TO SELL YOU NOT TO SELL MACK but running this type of business does cost money. We could not do it for free but we can do it for less than anyone else. If signed, $100.00 is due at signing to launch your press kit and photo shoot as soon as possible...
