And I don't think it's even technically fanfiction. These scenes happened pretty much as I describe them, just with novelized embellishment. Despite that, this actually felt pretty good, and was fun to do. Who knows? Maybe all my fanfiction and meticulous attention to canon means I have a hidden future as a media novelizationer (what are those people called, anyway, the people that write the novel versions of games and movies?)
