Badness
So the past few days since I've updated have been really sucky. I'm sick. Well, it's not that bad. I feel fine, but I sound like death. I worked in concession yesterday and as the day went on, my voice got worse and worse. I nearly lost it last night, but it is coming back. Only problem now is I have to work box tonight. There's no way that's happening.
Also, this is the best part, I just got in a car accident like an hour ago. Roomie and I decided to do laundry, but the facility at our apartment is closed today. So we went to the one off of Colonial, about ten minutes from here. We took my car, and as I was pulling out of my parking spot, I back right into a car.
It was weird, I heard her honk the horn twice, but I couldn't see her and I was looking behind me. Duh, I was backing up. I assume it is my fault, but why didn't I see her?
Anyway, the woman wouldn't give me any info. until her husband got there. He was a nice guy and made a deal to get it fixed without informing the police or the insurance companies. However, I gave him all my Ins. info while he didn't give me any. Plus, his wife was driving, so we asked for her driver's license, which he said she didn't have. You can't drive without a license, right?
And Ursula said that chances are, she wasn't a licensed driver because her husband was real eager to pay out of pocket for the damage (which was a dent in their passenger door).
And you know what the really weird thing is? Just last night, last freakin' night, Urs said she felt like something bad was going to happen. Karma dude! It's gotta be karma, or the roommate is a psychic. Rock on Roommie!
