Just so everyone knows, don't work at Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler. The reasons are as follows.
I have been working their for six months. Someone who was only working their for 4 quits, comes back, demands to not work nights or Saturdays, and gets a raise. He got a raise for leaving a job because he "had another one" and then coming back to ask for his old job. He got a raise and the ability to pick his own schedule for basically failing at life.
Minimum wage is now $6.50/hour. I am making $7.00/hour which is ridiculous considering the amount of work we have to do.
We have 3 people working in the evenings, there are 6 in the morning yet we do more work in a 5 hour period then they do in an 8 hour period.
Actually there are 4 people working evening, 2 started a week ago so they aren't much help. Thus reducing the total number to basically 3.
I am currently applying for a job as a porter elsewhere because hopefully at the very least if I get paid the same at least I won't be doing all of the work myself.
Oh, and on top of all of that my car broke down today. Woo.
