People irritate me. Like, there was apparently a leaked copy of DH? I don't believe for a second that it's real, but even if it were, I wouldn't read it. I'm not stupid and impatient, man.

I heard about that too. And I have a friend who plans to get the book at midnight, read the last chapter and drive around shouting the ending! I promise to goodness that if they ruin it for me, they WILL be castrated.

Agreed. I plan to get the book in the mail and not leave my room until I've finished it. No matter how long that takes.

I unfortunately didn't pre-order it because our mail generally comes later and I kinda want it at midnight. But I'm wondering if that's not the smartest thing to do since there will be idiots like that. Though, I may have my mom go with me, let her go in and get it, and bring it to me. Thus no spoilers!

Haha. I don't have the motivation to go out and get it at midnight. Our mail comes at about noon to three, so I'm perfectly fine with that. I'll just completely avoid LJ until I've finished it.

But you know, you could've pre-ordered it at a bookstore to get it at midnight. You might not be able to wade through the crowds of small children in cloaks.
