I got a hold of a book about toy packaging graphic arts--everything from video game boxes to Star Wars figures to random stuff. It lists several graphic design companies because it's an advertisement from the designers to the toy/entertainment industry.

I don't have the book in my possession, but I can go and write down some company names or websites if anyone's interested.
