Claims Time Change
Hi everyone!
So initially we had planned to open claims at 12:01am PST April 4; however, we’ve become aware that for many of our authors this is 2-3am. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to make claims open at a time that will be convenient for absolutely everybody, but it seems that the majority would benefit from claims opening a few hours earlier. So with that in mind, we’ve decided to send out claims emails a little earlier and open claims at 12:01am EST, so three hours earlier than initially planned.
We’re trying to make this as stress-free a process as we can, so we hope that this helps!
