(no subject)
Ok ... the anticipation is over ... you can all breathe out b/c the wait is over ... the details of the past three days are right here
First things first ... I got there about oneish that afternoon and we just chilled at Neil and Tina's (Daniel Mann's parents/ the people I spent the night with) for most of the day helping them wrap Daniel's birthday box. Well, we also went to church and two little girls kept asking David if I was his new girlfriend and David just laughed at them. Anywho, David had to be home at 9, so all me, David, and his brother Aaron did was go to Burger King and then I went back to Neil and Tina's where I talked to them for a couple of hours. It was great b/c we all told stories while laughing about every thing b/c we all got delirious into the late hours of the night, so eventually I went to sleep.
David came and picked me up around 7:30 that morning, then we got some Milo's sweet tea b/c he had bought some the other day that he was going to let me have while I was at Neil and Tina's but Aaron drank it all before I got up there. Anywho, we went to his house watched Kung Pow Hustle, which was funny, and then we left for Huntsville. We went to the mall and made fun of how it had so many jewelry stores and ladies' clothing stores, then we went and watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, where I fell asleep on his shoulder, and then we went to CiCi's pizza even though he wanted to take me to Rosie's, but I told him not to spend that much money on me. Anywho, when we get back to Arab, he shows me two projects he did one for eagle scout and the other for his jr. high school. They were both really kewl b/c he had his name on both things that will probably be at those schools for a long time, and that's something he can always show people like me when they come and visit. Then, we went to the park and talked for a little bit, where his mom called and said he had to be home at 7:30 and I had to be gone by 8. Well, we got to his house around 7 b/c we were both tired and we decided to just sit there and hold each other for a little while, and then I called my dad. Well, I told my dad I was really tired and that I would leave there around 10 after I left David around 8 and got a two-hour nap. Well, my dad said he would rather me just spend the night again. I told David, and Neil and Tina were of course kewl with it, so I stayed at David's until like 10 b/c I had to wait on Tina to get home from work, and the entire time I was there, David and I just held each other and snuggled. It was so awesome. Well, when I get to Neil and Tina's I talk to Tina for like an hour and a half even though I'm exhausted from the lack of sleep the night before. Finally, I get to bed and the beautiful Megan and Rachel call, which I had no complaints about b/c I would rather talk to them than sleep any day. Anyway, I told them what was going on, then I went to sleep.
The next morning I wake up a little and Mindy (Daniel's little sister, who I had heard horror stories about from Daniel and David) was in my room wanting to talk to me. She laid beside me in the bed and talked to me, and asked me why I had to have a boyfriend b/c then she could spend more time with me ... she was so sweet to me. Well, David gets over there around 8 and then we watch Ocean's 11 while snuggling and holding hands. Then, we went with Tina and Mindy to Huntsville again, where David almost killed us about three times. On the way up there me and David were in his car and Tina and Mindy were in Tina's. Well, we dropped Tina's off at the shop, which was the main reason we came with her, and Tina and Mindy rode with us back to Arab. Well, Mindy started singing "David and Kimberly sitting in a tree ... " and you can continue the song, and David and I both laugh b/c she's 10 and it's a big deal to be holding hands or something like that. Also on the way back Mindy asks me if she's going to see me again, and I said hopefully, and Tina said that I passed the Edwards' test, which no one has done fully yet. We get back to Arab and eat lunch with his mom around 1 or so and get back to his house around 2:30. Well, David has to be at work at four, so I told him he needed to take a nap b/c he was exhausted and you could tell by his slow reactions that he was really tired. We get back to his house and he laid his head in my lap (with a pillow of course), and he tried to take a nap, but every time my hand would rub his jaw or facial area he would look at me and smile. It was funny b/c I could rub the back of his neck or his back, but once I got close to his face, he would smile. Then, he got up around 3:55, made me a cd, then hugged me like we would never see each other again. Well, I couldn't look him in the face b/c I knew if I did I would either cry or kiss him, which I don't want to move that fast in our relationship. We said our goodbye's and then I told him he would have to come down or I would have to come up very soon b/c I don't know how long I can miss him like I do. Then I went home, and it started raining ... how appropriate.
Last night, he told me that he could have not shown up for work yesterday and they would have been fine b/c they were done before lunch with everything, and he slept for like an hour and talked to ppl in the store.
We both miss each other, but hopefully we'll see each other very soon.
I'm sorry this has been a very detailed entry, but I want to remember every detail of this trip. It was amazing in a way that no other trip can be. I love you all, and I hope your week's are going very well. See ya later!
