I got to teach most of the class today while Cammie was blocking the lover's last scenes. It was awesome. I let them Scream, Whoop, Sob, and Yell across the park. The sounds that accompany emotion, unhindered by social regulations and the notorious glottel, can really stir up the feeling in you. There is one girl who is sweet, nice, and totally hindered by needing to be sweet and nice. She barely talks above a whisper. But When we let loose and cried out "I HATE YOU!" she really did it. She fucken went for it. She turns to me, and in her sweet nice voice says, "Wow. That felt great." The power of sound.
After class, I met with Cho5le (which is spelled with a 5) and Ben to write new sketches. Now, Ben is an example of unhindered social regualtions to the extreeme. I don't really know how to deal with him because he is so weird. He is an amazingly intellegent and articualte person, but he has the tendancy to shreik and scream and gasp about and tell you what is happening to his body that you don't need to know about. Lets find a balance.
Lisa and I played frisbee in the park behind my house with her light up frisbee in the dark. We were barefoot, and it was cold, but I learned how to throw forehand, so it makes up for it. Plus, that frisbee freeken RULZ.
