Yesterday was the release of my alonged waited for Devil May Cry 4.
...the above line (on the Subject) is worded by the infamous hero, Dante, of the first DMC.
Anyways, my friends Danielle and Anthony, along with Bree, went and picked up my reserved copy of the game for me from GameStop. I was originally going to use my Heavenly Sword to help pay for it, but Anthony didn't do so, and just paid for it straight out for me.
...the dude is f*cked up as hell, but still cool. Even cooler that he did this for me.

...giving DMC4 a test run last night, I was seriously hooked. I absolutely love the new fighting style/gameplay. However, I'm at a point that even the strategy book doesn't even explain in details...and I'm coming up short. However, later I'll attempt again.

Dante isn't the main character, this time, but he is playable nonetheless. Instead, however, you play Nero...who's in the same boat as Dante.
Graphics rock (though some things ne'er change from originals...ie, camera angles still kill)...sounds are awesome; a lot of beloved and memorable returning sound fx...

Most anyone who knows me knows I own EVERY Dynasty Warriors out there, save for the original. I don't own the first for two reasons: It's not the same game play (it's a fighting game)...and it's a hard-to-find PS1 original.
I own most of the Samurai Warriors games, too...save for a couple...but I'll get 'em eventually, too.
Bree reserved for me Dynasty Warriors 6...and it comes out late this month...

...a lot of returning characters, plus new. And a lot of environment interactions than normal.
...and the rightfully nicknamed "Gay-Boy" (aka Zhang He) being/looking, well, gay...

I wonder if there's any codes for DW:6 yet...or at the least Weapons requirements...*checks GameFAQs.com*...no, but some interesting info regardless.

...and they removed couple of my favorite characters!!! And I didn't see the addition of any new ones...f*ckers. But, they've seriously updated the looks and the weapons of all the characters they do have...so I'll still be plenty happy and busy...

Also I got the other week Yu-Gi-Oh GX: the Beginning of Destiny.
...why? I dunno...something different. I got tired of Yu-Gi-Oh: Duelest of the Rose...and wanted something new. That, and the GX is more/less teaching me how to play the actual TCG...not that I play anyways.

Tristen's getting fat.
...that's not game-related! lol...
But he is getting big; not really fat, but he's looking better than when I first got him. He loves to play rough, bitting and clawing.
I let him bite only so much, though...bonking him on the snout if he goes too far.
...and he's doing a little bit better about using the puppy pads. If he doesn't get the pads, he at least gets it on the styrofoam egg-crate I place 'em on...though he still has his off days.
I'm starting on the command 'Sit'...we'll see how that goes...
Poor li'l f*cker still yelps and hollors when I leave him to go anywhere that doesn't allow animals (ie, the library, or work, etc). And when I get back, he's nipping, licking, and everything else that puppies do all over me...
...kinda comical.
What's more comical/cute is when I have him in army clothes.
...yes, clothes. Originally I was never going to do something like this, but with two nieces in the military, and they havin' dog clothes with military on it...t'was too cute to pass up. he's got a shirt (which he's fastly growing too big for, even though it's ment for his size) and a "bomber jacket" (that he's way too small for... O_o ...though also meant for his size).
He still sleeps on the bed with me...moving anywhere from in my arms, to at my waist, to behind my legs; I never know where he'll be when I wake up. The other night, Bree stayed over, and slept with us...Tristen kept alternating where he was sleeping between my legs, or hers.
Tristen makes for an annoying alarm clock, too.

...and he still hates it when I take a shower O_o always whimpering and whining. Even though he knows I'm there, he cries; if I have him in the shower with me, he's fine for the first 3min, then he cries about being wet...

Guess what's been going on now? They're cuting hours like hell.
Last week, I had only 16.5 hrs; this week only 17.5. Both weeks only three days.
...guess next weeks? Only 9hrs for 3days. It's starting to piss me off. But...whatever. I'll just stick with it for now, till they say something to me like, "Hey, we don't need you anymore, bye!"
There's nothing else around here to go to.
EDS is still there, but unfortunately, I'm not even really supposed to be on the computer as I am now. I wouldn't be able to keep to the speeds neccessary for the job I was working. That, and there's nowhere I could go to live in Winchester; "Silent Hill" motel was shut down.
Life's throwing some shytty deals my way at the moment...trying to figure out and understand the meaning behind 'em isn't easy.
However, as I've come to realize...
...unlike some people I know, I've quite the will and reason.
I've been putting up with quite a lot of things, finally learning to keep my mouth shut on certain things (though not completely...). I've got the drive to do something I say I'm going to do; granted, that's on a small and local scale, but I'm trying to broaden it.
I'm the one trying to keep the apartment, that Natalie and I are in, together...rent and cleanliness; rent's now based on my income, or lack there of...and I'm the one getting dishes and my own laundry done as it's needed.
...further details don't need to be mentioned, but needless to say, I've been dragged into another shytty roommate situation. But for now, it leaves a roof over my and Tristen's heads.

Danielle and Anthony have left for Colorado for a few months. They weren't doing too well out here in Ky by much either, so they went to where Anthony's family is in CO. They left yesterday, along with my niece Hailiegh, and nephew Wyatt...
...it's going to be a bit weird without either of them being nearby...granted I didn't see them maybe a few times a week, sometimes longer, but still. Maybe that's how it was to my friends when I left for Michigan.
...probably be the same when I leave again.
However, unlike Anthony and Danielle, I won't be returning to Ky, unless for visits. They're returning after they can get better fincial situations going in a few months.
