Glued to toilet, man sues Home Depot
Home Depot was sued by a shopper who claims he got stuck to a restroom toilet seat because a prankster had smeared it with glue.
"They left me there, going through all that stress," Dougherty told The (Boulder) Daily Camera. "They just let me rot."
All that stress from being on a toilet? Hmmm, right... Later on he mentions it wasnt HD's fault he was stuck, but that they left him there... How would you respond when there is a guy in the next stall saying "help, im stuck to the seat!" I dont think I'd take him very seriously. And after 15 minutes of AGONY, sitting on a toilet, he started thinking about how Home Depot was leaving him there to rot? Wow. What happens if he gets stuck in an elevator?
