Haha same here. I have eaten a ton of candy today. Hopefully it will be gone soon so it doesn't beckon me to come over and eat it...

I figure, I'll indulge now - then eat well the next two months, and indulge a little on Christmas.

Good plan! I gotta fight indulging... I got Halloween, then my birthday, then Thanksgiving, then Christmas, then New Years? I might as well buy the stretch pants right now!!

Well, for your birthday...look up online recipes for healthy cakes. My grandma made one for my mom one year (I wish I remember what it was), but she subsituted things like butter and crisco into light olive oil and used splenda for sugar and instead of icing, used this fruit filling. It was delicious ( ... )

Well, for the past couple of months I've thrown out junk food. *shifty eyes* Except this week. I cannot be denied my halloween candy. ^_^;

Make Way for the Snack Assortment! _herschel_ November 8 2005, 04:56:01 UTC
Tonight I bought the Snack Assortment: Reece's Peanut Butter Xmas Trees, York Peppermint Snowflakes, and Hers(chel?)'s Milk Chocolate Santas...$4.99 for 1 lb, 6.6 oz. First things first: The next next holiday candy is on the shelves. Second thing second: I had a theory years ago about the snack sizers. If I bought snack size candy it was better for me serving-size-wise. Smaller bars = less damage right? Then I *read* the serving size and it said 1 + 1 + 1 = one serving. Three snack sizers for a serving! What a good deal!Then it was three servings a day...and then it was the whole bag of snack sizers in short time. I am aware that the lone candy bar on the shelf was cheaper for me all the way around and yet I bought the Snack Assortment.
