Spare some time for an update?
Considering how I've been horribly busy these last couple weeks, I never really got around to an update.
In recent news, I am now a LHWL Alumni. Graduation was on June 3rd. It was a good old time, and very memorable. Its really hard to believe that I won't be going to school there ever again. I really honestly must say I am going to miss it. These four years have been the greatest, and I owe it all to the friends that I have made at LHWL. At least I'll get to see some of you in the summer. It was also good that we got to finish our senior year by being Conference champs in track. That was very cool. Finals came and went really fast. The graduation ceremony was very nice. Good messages by all. Band and choir turned out pretty good. Paige, Beth, and Amy got me balloons and ribbons; I was very thrilled. I still have them in my room! This whole not being at LHWL gives me mixed feelings, yeah, I want to go get out of this school, but Im also gonna miss all of the good times. Well hopefully college will be fun, I cant wait for LTU!
So far, my summer continues to be very busy. Because my graduation party is coming up rapidly, we have to pretty much burn the house down and start from scratch. But seriously, we have been doing everything and anything to help spruce up the house. It's been a blast so far. I've found myself on the roof cleaning it off and scrubbing down the awning and porch. Let me tell you it was a riot. And now recently Ive been a scapegoat down at Fuddruckers. Every time someone goes missing, they call me in to fill the shifts. Today I worked 11 hours in conditions that were unsuitable for survival. No one can live with the air conditioner out of commission! I thought we got that thing fixed too. At least it wasnt as bad as yesterday, reaching a blazing 94 degrees. That was rough.
Too bad the Pistons got slammed yesterday. We will do better next time. I went to Beth's house to watch the game and Paige, Jon, and Ryan were there too. I fell behind the couch and a picture frame came down from the wall and smashed my elbow. I cant really lift my hand over my head, it hurts a ton. O well, funny accidents happen... not funny for me though :(
