I did think of you when reading about the forecourts with pumps shut down. But the start of the holiday sounds lovely!

LOL! We tried very hard not to look smug as we drove past the (very long) queues! Love driving electric, especially in this car as the range is so good.

Yes, Tiptree is very much a hands-on company and really keen on making sure the local people are part of the organisation and that employees have a say in the running of the company. Really nice to see these days!

We were pleased that Kenwell is having a special weekend all about Tudor times this weekend. It's a good coincidence at the end of the tourist season. I shall report back with photos :)

Oh you can't beat Tiptree Jam ... it is the best (actually genuine fruit in it)

I was amazed at how small the pans are that they use to produce the jam. It's a really family-run organisation which is nice.

Wow - I would espect it to be a large concern as most supermarkets, as well as up-market shops sell them; as well as all the hotel give aways.

However good to know it is still family-run.
