You are very brave to cook a roast chicken in this heat. We have been busy thinking of ways not to cook!

I think living so close to London we take museums a bit for granted. I think I've been to the Horniman Museum but it was when I was little and I haven't been since, which is ridiculous as it is hardly far.

Hope you don't melt tomorrow.

It was OK as although we are open plan it was quite easy to keep the living area cool and we didn’t have wine so cool water helped.

Oh the Horniman museum is still really quirky but it’s whole day out now. We should go!

It is indeed rather warm at the moment /classic understatement.
I once cooked a traditional British Christmas dinner in Australia because of the people coming to eat with us. I only did it once! *g*

Lol! It wasn’t too bad and we didn’t have wine so cool water helped. It was worth it to see my friend have seconds of everything :)
