Glad you got your money back from Eurostar. Using a voucher by the end of the year seems a bit tricky now when both France and Belgium are on the "quarantine" list. Our holiday was rebooked for next year so I hope that will go ahead, though I must admit I'm not terribly optimistic.

We didn’t want to take the chance of rebooking and then having to cancel again or get stuck there! I’m happier to have my Money back do we can book when we feel happy.

Apparently the weekend we are planning to go away is supposed to be good do I think we might have chosen the better dates.

Wow that's a long time to wait for money back, isn't it? We had plans for April that were cancelled when everything was closed down. I think we only got vouchers for the airfare-but that's ok, because someday we'll travel again! The hotel held out for a while, but eventually had to shut down completely, so returned all that advance money. And the event my friends and I were supposed to attend, cancelled before anyone else and returned all the ticket money immediately.

So many interesting past things to see if it could be done safely!

Yes - there were a lot of travel companies here who were heavily criticised for not refunding money straight away. Several airlines had to have a push to do it by the government. We were annoyed that we were initially only offered a voucher as life is still too uncertain to know what travel will be like even next year.

I’d like just a little window I could look through to view the past events. That would be magic! Also no chance of catching the plague!

I have an enormous list of things I'd like to see in the past. Soooo many - just trying to find a few was hard. I wish we could see some things, but I wonder how much of it would shatter my illusions..
