Ah, that always seems to be the way with craft shows. Hopefully you'll get more business! And poo to the person who thought your prices were too high - it's a "craft" show, not a garage sale. Sheesh.

Yay for husbands who cook (or buy food)!

I love that Mr Cee can cook - so nice to come home to a delicious meal when I've been busy :)

There is always one person who is awkward isn't there? Mr Cee said I should asked the person who commented if they made stained glass items..... *g*

His Lordship uses old lp's in a lot of his stuff (he makes bowls and clocks). People get really pissy with him; "..how can you ruin a record like that?", etc. When he's had enough he'll ask them if they have a record player. Most say no. Heh.

Of course there was one person who thought what I was selling was expensive There is alway at least one person who thinks your things are over priced, that's because they only want to spent £ 1...... because your time isn't worth more than that. *sigh*

Yes there's always someone who wants to compare with mass produced stuff. Mr Cee said I should have pointed out it was unique stuff, but I just smiled at the person who said that and they went away.. *g*

It was changeable weather to say the least - such an odd summer we are having. It's lovely today but its supposed to rain again later! *sigh*

Well done you small-business entrepreneur! As for the one person who thought what you were selling was expensive, a smile sounds the best response - although I might have been tempted to add "That's fine - you don't have to buy it..."

I think people forget making something from scratch takes time and creates something unique.
