It might be a problem with the LJ server you're on. Have you tried opening a support ticket ?

No, ya right it's incredibly slow at the moment. Yesterday it was so bad I just could barely get on here. :(

That's a relief - I thought it was f-ing Virgin Media AGAIN!!! Every other website seems OK though!

Ack!! It's the comments side of thing that's annoying me - trying to reply and add comments is ridiculously slow!!!!!
