We have just saved ourselves £225 (around $375) by buying a new fridge/freezer online.

It's being delivered on Tuesday and they're taking away the old fridge at the same time.

I've been fancing a zip-up hoody from Animal for a couple of months now but at £54.99 I wasn't going to buy it. Animal have a sale on today, plus I had a £5 gift card, so I thought I'd pop in. The hoody I was after was down to £39, so what with the gift card, I only paid £34.

Then I was in the Body Shop as a friend had also given me a £5 gift card for there. They'd got a coconut gift box of stuff, originally at £20, now down to £10. So with the gift card taken off and the VAT reduction (which they do at the till), it only cost me £4 something.

I Wilkos we picked up a couple of Airwick sprays (the can with the timed spraying device)... Normally £6.99 each, we had them for £2.99 each.

That's my lot. I didn't hang about Shrewsbury too long as I didn't want to spend too much money!
