I'm so torn between "Does Peter really know?" "Peter is clueless!" and it's soooooo frustrating. For the longest time I really believed that he knew, I mean it would basically be two years worth of knowledge we've learned about Peter out the window if he was completely clueless because Peter is a smart guy and he's really good at reading people, he was a con man, that's what he did. It just really bugs me to think he would be so clueless, it's not this was a shapeshifter taking over her memories, Alt!Olivia virtually knew nothing before being thrust into our world yet she's able to fool everyone? It just rubs me wrong. Though Peter did say he noticed all the little differences, perhaps he was lying to himself about them. Still, I can't help but wonder if he knows and is playing her at her own game. I guess we'll find out soon though not soon enough!!
That's a very interesting idea you have there about Walter not being the cause of their problems. I've never thought of it before since they always refer to the zero event at Reidan lake but I think I remember something said by Walternate recently about dates that I thought didn't match up either. And of course now we know about the First People and the machine they've invented. Very interesting, this. It could open up a whole new can of worms seeing as Walter blames himself so terribly for everything that's happened. It'll be interesting to explore this.
